Our innovative floating suites consist of a living area, kitchenette, bathroom and a sleeping area above the living room. Not only do you get to enjoy a one of a kind designed yacht- you get to enjoy our lounge areas set out to give you a premium experience. Begin your adventure at the beautiful Sapphire Bay Marina on Lake Ray Hubbard, right outside of Dallas, TX. Here you can truly escape in nature and relax on the water, without having to travel too far from town. There are miles of lake to explore, all the while enjoying the beautiful Texas scenery.

We are just 20 minutes from the Downtown Dallas. Our floating hotels are located at Sapphire Bay Marina which won the best Marina in Dallas , 2022.
No,we understand that pets are part of the family and we are working on how to accommodate your fur babies in the near future.
We do not have a restaurant on-site as of yet but each unit is equipped with a full kitchen and top of the line appliances.
Additionally, there are several restaurants in the surrounding area, and many of them offer delivery options. For guests looking for a truly special dining experience, we also offer private chef options upon request. The Marina plans on opening some restaurants soon and we will keep you updated on that.
There are plenty of activities for guests to enjoy. You can take in the natural beauty of the surrounding area by kayaking, water bike riding, jet- skiing, diverse options of boat rentals and a selection of outdoor games. For those looking for a more relaxed experience, we offer on-site yoga classes upon request and massage sessions.
For now- we are keeping you docked. In the near future we plan to include 1-2 hour cruises for an added fee.
